Lean Starter Series

The basis of operational excellence is the absolute elimination of waste in all its forms.

This seven module program run on a fortnightly basis delivers a Lean Starter Program for small businesses. It is designed to provide an understanding of lean principles at a basic level.

The program will be made up of two hourly workshops and a project, based on the individual requirements of each company, with the opportunity to have one on one mentoring to assist with the project.  The program will address the following:

• Module 1 – Understanding Value
• Module 2 – 5S (Sort)
• Module 3 – 5S (Set in order)
• Module 4 - 5S (Shine)
• Module 5 - 5S (Standardize)
• Module 6 – 5S (Sustain)
• Module 7 – Final presentation

This program is fully subsidised by Innovate SA and all notes and information sheets will be provided.
