ILF calls for applications
South Australia’s Industry Leaders Fund is calling for applications for grants of up to $50,000, closing on Thursday May 31, 2012, as reported in in-business eNews.
The grants enable applicants to gain knowledge or experience to reach their full potential, and to achieve it more quickly than otherwise might have been possible.
“I never thought I would ever go to study at Harvard,” says Anthony Kittel, MD of Lonsdale-based electronics manufacturer Redarc Electronics and Innovate SA Board Member.
“It was definitely the opportunity of a lifetime,” he says.
Anthony was among the inaugural recipients of ILF grants in 2010 and used his grant funds to attend the world renowned Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.
“Our intention is for ILF grant recipients to become industry leaders in our state who will go on to generate wealth-creating, world-competitive, value-adding opportunities.
"This in turn works towards creating and re-establishing a head office mentality in South Australia,” says ILF CEO, Geoff Vogt.
