Program Overview

Introduction

This 6 week program has been specifically designed to assist business owners and managers to consider the strategic issues surrounding financial management and the key linkages into other areas of the business.

The key deliverable of the program is ensuring participants gain strategic perspectives, tools and methodologies in managing financial aspects affecting business.

This understanding will give business owners the capacity to ask relevant questions and to gain the confidence in making the necessary adjustments to maximize positive outcomes for their companies.

Program Content:

Session 1: Management Information and the Financial Operating Cycle
Session 2: Financial Analysis and Ratios
Week 3: One-on-one coaching session to implement session lessons
Session 4: Analysing financial information generated by your business
Session 5: Strategic Financial Planning
Week 6: One-on-one coaching session to implement session lessons

Additional Information:

Each program is limited to 6 non-competing companies.

The program includes a total of 2 hours one on one coaching with skilled Business Advisors to meet specific needs in areas of implementation.

The CEO/Business Owner, plus one other senior person will be required to attend all 4 sessions and to participate in the implementation process.
