Business Sustainability
A proactive approach to the long-term viability and integrity of a business by optimising resource needs, reducing environmental and social impacts and managing resources without compromising product or service quality, competitiveness or profitability.
Program Series
Uncertainty around climate change (new legislation and market pressures) can present great business risk as well as great business opportunity.
Managing the rising cost of critical resources as a price on carbon is introduced will create the need to adjust business strategies. The need to manage resources effectively will open up new product and service market opportunities. Through our association with the South Australian Government’s Business Sustainability Alliance, Innovate SA provides businesses with advice and access to programs and workshop series to improve their environmental performance.
Innovate SA is not just about Environmental Sustainability. It is about total Business Sustainability. We work closely with businesses seeking to transform their business model and strategies by linking value-creating business drivers with sustainable practice.
